Flexible support: We’ll stay connected until you find work, with extra meetings available whenever you need them.
Guidance: Help with applications, contracts, and understanding your rights and responsibilities as an employee.
Settling in: Continued check‑ins during your first months in a job to answer questions and resolve issues.
We’ll walk alongside you from your first appointment to your first day at work and beyond, making sure you feel confident, supported, and ready to succeed.
