PELT

Pre-purchased English Language Tuition

As part of their residency requirements, some migrants are required to pay English language tuition fees to Immigration New Zealand before arriving in New Zealand. This is known as PELT – Pre-Purchased English Language Tuition.

To be eligible to enrol in PELT courses, you must be a migrant who has paid money for English language tuition to Immigration New Zealand before you arrived in New Zealand.
